The week began with daily morning meetings and then took the participants on a practical job shadowing trip to various departments at UPV. This gave Natalie a deep insight into key areas such as Human Resources, Quality Management, Communication & Marketing, Finance Controlling and Student Services. The tours not only provided professional insights, but also a look behind the scenes of the university, including infrastructure, work-life balance and marketing strategies.
Participation in the Staff Training Week not only provided the opportunity to network and get to know international colleagues, but also encouraged valuable exchanges about the different ways of working at universities across Europe. The varied course and the additional program helped to make the week not only informative but also enriching for all participants.
Natalie herself expressed her enthusiasm: "The Staff Mobility Week at UPV was not only a great experience for me, but also a significant enrichment. I can only recommend taking part in this unique event and experiencing UPV at first hand."
The ERASMUS+ Staff Mobility was organized by the International Relations Office der Montanuniversität Leoben Miro.
