The course provides knowledge in the field of sustainability in the polymer and plastics industry, with a focus on current trends in optimizing the synthesis, processing and disposal of plastic waste. Key topics include biopolymers, biodegradable polymers, recycling, optimization of processing technologies and the use of additives.

- On-site in Zlín: August 3 to August 8, 2025
This summer school is aimed at students who are in the final year of their Bachelor's degree, Master's students and PhD students specializing in polymer engineering or related fields. Upon successful completion, students will receive 3 ECTS credits.
