The AM-Connect Conference at the Faculty of Polymer Technology in Slovenia was not only an opportunity for professional exchange, but also a special reunion.

Prof. Clemens Holzer and Dipl.-Ing. Philipp Beier were particularly delighted to see former colleagues who now work in various fields of polymer technology and additive manufacturing. During face-to-face conversations, memories were shared, shared experiences revisited and new contacts made.

Such encounters demonstrate just how valuable established networks and long-standing collaboration are – and how connections endure beyond the time spent working together.
The AM-Connect Conference has once again highlighted the importance of collaboration between research, technology and industry for the further development of innovative manufacturing solutions.
