The VLK has been an important part of Kunststofftechnik Leoben for more than 40 years and sees itself as an alumni network that aims to promote the exchange of ideas and experiences between graduates and students. However, the VLK has also set itself the goal of raising awareness for plastics and their products in society. 

The VLK supports our students and graduates in their search for internships during their studies and also in their job search afterwards, and has always been a strong partner for our students at events and excursions. 

Your advantages as a VLK student member

• As a VLK member, you are part of a large international network: connect with hundreds of other KT graduates and students offline at our events or online in our vlk.community.
• The VLK organises numerous events and meetups in and around Leoben as well as worldwide every year, and you are always welcome to attend. These include meetings at trade fairs, regular get-togethers, hiking and skiing days, as well as the traditional KomeTogether during the Christmas season and the suckling pig barbecue in the summer semester.
